We thought we would highlight how the services we offer differ from other companies.

Bespoke Planning & Design Service

Just as every home is built differently, so the design of Sliding Doors and Interiors should equally be bespoke. In our home consultation we will accurately measure and note obstructions, unusual features on walls, sloping ceilings etc. Then, having discussed door and interior options we will prepare a detailed CAD drawing for you and present our recommendations with an estimated cost for your perusal. On order we will send our fitting team out to your property to double check routes of access, measurements and anomalies to ensure a trouble-free fit.

Colour Match Service

We are delighted to offer this truly unique additional service for customers who want an exact match of doors with their décor. During the initial consultation, simply select your door layout, choose the glass panels you wish to colour match and give us the paint details. We will then have the glass panels sprayed in Low Iron glass, assembled into your doors, and delivered and installed as normal.

Unique Door Designs

Whether it’s colour-matched glass panels, unique artwork in glass, patterned or resin-coated scratch-resistant steel, or maybe you would prefer a vertical mid-rail; we can help put your personal touch and taste into your door décor.

Delivery & Installation

It goes without saying that a quality product requires the best installation. If you can't provide this we are happy to offer this service for you in addition to the normal delivery into your room of choice. This first class and expert fitting service will ensure years of trouble free use from our superb doors and interiors.

Supply Only Option

For customers who have their own installers lined up, or for those who may wish to fit themselves, we can provide a supply only service and price, or if the customer wishes to use their own glass or board we can supply pre-drilled door kits and tracks for self assembly. We do of course provide the exact sizes for the board and glass, cut to ensure they will fit.

After Sales Service

Because of the quality of the raw materials used in our doors we are happy to offer a ten-year warranty on our mechanisms and door profiles. We can also offer a glass replacement service if a glass panel is damaged. The door is simply collected from you, new glass is fitted at the factory, delivered back to yourselves and reinstalled.

For those Customers further away who are still keen to deal with experts and Human Beings, not online configurators, or maybe clients locally who are unable to visit our showroom in Worksop, we do offer an initial virtual design consultation free of charge.

Using Teams or Zoom we can run through all the usual aspects of the design process in our showroom virtually. We can then draw up rough plans based on your measurements and have samples sent for you to view after the meeting. Please ask for more details.
